Smart Rack Infrastructure & Space Constraints

Our warehouses are divided into secure sheds, chambers, and individual rack locations. We enforce a strict **max 3-box allocation capacity** per physical rack. This optimization maintains structural weight limits and guarantees proper air circulation around frozen goods, preventing hot spots and keeping items in pristine condition.

QR Tagging & Serialization

Each box allocated to a rack is dynamically printed with a custom QR code label. Scanning the QR code displays the customer name, product variations, deallocation logs, and placement tracking, enabling automated inventory checks and audits.

Redundant Power Safeguards

We maintain double multi-megawatt backup generator systems and twin cooling circuits. If a power grid interruption occurs, our backup power systems spin up within 8 seconds, ensuring there is zero temperature deviation inside storage chambers.
